Brideshead Revisited

Visiting a few stately homes recently put me in the mood to re-read Brideshead Revisited.  As you can see, this edition of the book was released after the TV dramatisation in 1981!  The TV series made a great impact on me and is very faithful to the book.  

My bowling club had the President's Pairs competition today.  It was a marathon session of several hours of bowls - jiggered and nothing to show for it!
