Angel

The Knife Angel sculpture outside Hereford cathedral.  Created from 100,000 police-confiscated knifes, and used to draw attention to knife crime.

This was a trip that had been planned for yesterday but we concluded we'd wait a day for cooler weather to have a mosey around Hereford, with seeing the angel being the raison d'etre for the trip.

Whilst a spectacular construction, and important for it's role of drawing attention to the problem, the overall sculpture didn't do a lot for me aesthetically.
