Old Knobbly

This old oak is just a few miles away from us and is supposed to be 800 years old and have sheltered women hiding from the notorious Witchfinder General. We’d never heard about it but friends had been on a ‘ghost walk’ which culminated there so we went for a look and did a mini Manningtree Witch Walk. Fun!
