Garden Day

It cost £97 to fill the car with fuel today and another £21 for a can of petrol for the mower!

Spent a quiet garden day - lots of stuff ready to harvest now - peas, broad beans and new potatoes today and yesterday the first courgettes.

Last night there was a huge lightening storm right over the house. Very dramatic and explains probably why I was feeling a bit off yesterday as more- thunderstorm atmosphere always affects my mood for some reason.
