Had planned a less strenuous day with a list of various errands. However St texted to suggest he came round to do some gardening. He said I could carry on with whatever I had planned but that seemed a bit mean! I did the couple of things I had to do and we cut back some shrubby things , planted some plants he brought over for me and put weed killer on the grass. The plants will need to be moved again when I get my new fence but never mind! I don’t really like yellow flowers but this hypericum is doing very well and attracting lots of insects. It’s common name is Rose of Sharon so maybe I should keep it! My mum always used to buy me one whenever I moved house
