Elderberry

Last year I made five litres of Elderberry juice, some of it moulded before I got to drink it but the taste of freshly made juice is wonderful and is easy to make.
If there's going to be any juice this year or not is at the moment an open question but now is the time for it.

"Hello darkness my old friend, I've come to talk with you again..." The sound of silence by Simon and Garfunkel, is an all time favourite for me and I'm loosely planning a concert including some of their songs but the reason it came to mind is the fact that we have the summer solstice today and darkness is (very) slowly returning even though summer has just begun. There's still a lot to enjoy, autumn is not here tomorrow, enjoy what's out there.
