It's A Start
Still waiting expectantly for the wildflowers to take off in the meadow. The little spiderwort keeps us tantalised, sending up a flower now and again, only to retract it. The remaining droopy sepals (?) look as though they are after flowering, but I think they have yet to emerge.
I like the way the leaves travel through the frame, which I think makes the image more interesting than just focusing on the flower head. I placed the single flower high up in the frame. I feel in doing so the eye has to go to find it and allows for all the green space to be explored.
