Frost Time

After a week of extremely cold, grey days and nights but surprisingly little or no frosty mornings, today dawned bright with blues skies and a white frosty covering. So time for a quick trip round the garden with a camera before work.

I loved the way the frost had grabbed hold of the sundial, even as a hand-held shot it is probably worth looking large - just don't take much notice of the time shown by the faint shadow (about 4pm), I don't get up that late for work!
