Shopping

Lauralea and I headed into town today to go to the medical clinic for our second shot. I am pleased to report that we are now fully vaccinated, at least if or until one of the variants raises its ugly head.

One of our granddaughters turns five in a few days and so we needed to stop in at the store to find a gift for her. Lauralea headed to there grocery section and I headed to the five year olds toys.

This then is how we shop. I headed over to the toys and found this gift idea. I took this pic and texted it to Lauralea to get her opinion on it. A discussion followed and we decided on some clothes for her doll.

But this is how we shop now. Gathering data, exchanging opinions, making final decisions, all while she is selecting which head of lettuce to buy.

It’s a different world now.
