Tricia wanted to see machair flowers so off we duly trotted. With full sunshine it did look impressive with the mountains in the background.
In the evening then dinner around at D&J's. 
Annoyingly we were providing a cheese course and so I went on-line on Monday and ordered some but it hadn't arrived by Saturday. Not that the local shops don't have a reaosnable choice. One gets spoilt by Amazon.....
