A cheat as I took this a few days ago when the sun was out. It certainly wasn't today! One disadvantage though is that the pinks appear more washed out in the sun.
More packing and doing those tedious 'going to the rubbish dump' and 'picking up repeat prescription' sort of chores.
One minor advantage of the prescription one is that the route passes the standard 'see a Phalarope' spot and for the first time for a while one appeared, albeit fleetingly.
