Day 461 - The Storr

Early start to leave at 8:30 am to climb the Old Man of Storr!

The first bit - I call it the motor way is horrible to walk ... but then it becomes more fun.
On my first Photo stop Neil also tried the drone although it was very windy. But the drone worked fabulous.

We went all up to the second view point before we descended the long way through the sanctuary and past the Storr itself.
It was awesome and a lot of fun!

We were back home after 1 pm and went for a hearty breakfast at Cafe Arriba then walked to the Rosedale to book dinner for Saturday night.

We got the car and stopped at the bakers again to check the opening times for Friday morning - and maybe bought some cake too ......

Then we drove to Glen Brittle intending to walk to the Fairy Pools - but decided against it and went to the end of the Glen, had a coffee and payed with the drone on the beach. 
Marvellous weather and great fun once more.

We had a lovely chat with some Glaswegians before we drove to Carbost for dinner at the Old Inn .... I could not resist their amazing Fish an Chips again .....

Drove home and probably fell to bed ....
