Here we go again…..

…..we were scheduled to fly to Wellington tomorrow morning to stay with our family and watch Ella and Harry play their winter sports over the weekend.  
Not to be……a person from Sydney came to Wellington last weekend, did all the tourist things, got back to Sydney on Monday, not well, got tested and has the Indian variant.  Interestingly, this person had the Astra Zeneca vaccination 10 weeks ago. 
Wellington has now been put into Alert Level 2. While travel has not been restricted, we feel it is irresponsible to travel.   
This is the second time we have had to cancel travel to Wellington.  Disappointed but that is the way of the Covid world.
