How do you help a friend who doesn’t know where to turn?
What do you do when you have help but cannot convey it?
Try different tactic?

We decide to pick up the camera, choose an image , focus on it and click.
The camera does not make this choice.
The camera is just a tool.
It is always you or I who are in control.
So with the mind and thoughts.
Your mind belongs to you.
Thoughts, much like a dog, need to know who is the boss, be trained and kept under control.
Dogs and thoughts will run riot and wreck evertything if you allow them to.
Do not engage with painful or damaging thoughts, anymore than you would take a bad photo, just because it appears in your camera.
The spider in my blip was there all the time, I chose to focus on it and click.
The ant who kept perfectly still was there too.
As for the fly, he sat there looking poorly for a while and then, in spite of his wings being torn to shreds, he flew away.
The accident scene in front of our home had a relatively happy ending and last but not least, L came in the afternoon for a meteo lesson from S as he has an exam to become a lifeguard soon. He told me, my almost perfect grandson, quite proudly of his excellent school report.
