Wonky stem

I picked up my close friend this morning (I know, naughty) and we visited our other friend who had a biopsy on her lymph nodes in the lower back area earlier in the week and is not coping well.  She's been told it will be up to two weeks before she hears anything so it's a case of keeping her busy and talking about holidays, including our walking holiday in Cornwall in September.

Back for a late lunch before the shopping arrived.  All put away and then into the garden for a bit of flower photography.  However this nasturtium has been sitting on the kitchen windowsill for quite a few days and cried out for attention.

Our son is not happy.  His football mad older son hasn't been picked to move up into the eleven-a-side team at his local football club, even though he was top goal scorer.  I do feel sorry for Liam but he's quite immature and his mind wanders;  talk about drama.
