Ernie

The card for the new camera arrived this evening in time for me to snap a photo of Ernie. I put on my 24mm lens and was delighted to see a bit of a wide-angle effect. There is going to be a learning curve. Many of the camera controls are in the same place and are very intuitive for me, but there are quite a few differences. 
I especially appreciate that the live view replicates the settings, so shooting in manual is much easier. 
The extra was my first shot with the strobe. (I switched to a 50mm lens.) My granddaughter sweetly sat for me on the edge of the trampoline. There was no transition with the strobe. I just installed the Godox transmitter on the new camera and everything worked.
