Insufficient Postage

Went to the post office today to pay the deficit of 9p postage on a birthday card... Couldn't just pay the 9p though, oh no... it cost an extra £1 "handling fee"! Unbelievable!

I didn't think it was a particularly heavy card with pretty buttons stuck on the front to make a bunch of flowers - too heavy for a first class stamp though, it seems.
