Recovery - Day 8

Backblipped

Had a walk down the garden today to sit in the sunshine for a little while. In the natural light my bruises on my left arm show up even more from various cannulas during my hospital stay. They don't hurt so much any more.

Was lovely to get some fresh air, even though it was just for a little while.

More nightmares last night. They woke me up this time.

Appetite is nearly back. Ate a full portion of my mum's amazing spaghetti bolognese tonight... took me a while but I managed it. Little victories!!
