Field of Gold

Thank you for following my Northumberland adventures. 

As always after a holiday I view my home area with fresh eyes. I missed my bike rides so decided on a short ride this morning. It felt good to be back in the saddle along the country roads.

What struck me was how much the fields have changed. This field of barley really stood out in a brief spell of sunshine.
