In A Glass Of Its Own

We headed down this morning away from the Lake District, in heavy mist and rain. We've had such great weather whilst up there, we can't complain!

On our way to our next overnight stop, we called in to see some friends, who run the Stonegate Glass Studio and Gallery at Low Bentham near Kirkby Lonsdale. To our shame and horror, we all realised we'd not seen each other since our wedding day - and that was 2006! It'd been way too long, and it was lovely to catch up. This is a picture (taken by me, Annie) of one of their artworks, which will soon be making its home on our wall. Hooray!

Tonight we're in Wales, near Dolgellau, ready to see one of my (Annie's) school friends get married. Looking forward muchly to it!
