Paddling at Holyrood

This morning (after a few rounds of the Rocket Game) we all went out to meet Cyclops' brother and his partner, and their dog, for a bit of a walk.

They live quite near Holyrood Park so we ended up at the pond in front of the parliament, where Hector was delighted to chase the ball into the water (apart from at the deep end) and CyclopsJnr, Mrscyclops and N all ended up paddling too.

We found an ice-cream van with no queue in the park afterwards, so it was 99s all round!

A lovely way to spend a sunny morning!

This afternoon we started building some lego, realised that the pieces were too hard to find, went out to buy some boxes to better store the pieces, did some more building, then played some football in the drive.
