New car!

Bit of a busy day what with sorting out the menu for when Miss PHL has a few friends over on Saturday to celebrate her birthday, meeting a friend and her rescue puppy and going for a muddy walk in the woods, doing several loads of washing, making dinner oh and picking up the new car.

The walk in the woods was good fun and included a stop for coffee where both dogs were quite well behaved. It was the first time the puppies had jet and they were very happy to run about and play (phew!).

Picking up the car was very easy - just a few pieces of paper to sign, the rest of the deposit to pay (contactless of course) and the keys were handed over. It drives very nicely but I did have to remember to change gears having driven an automatic for the last couple of years!
