Monuments

Coming into DC from Virginia across the Memorial bridge, you get the beautiful back view of the Lincoln Memorial. Off to the right, the white obelisk is the Washington Monument; it stands right across the White House. Taken while driving with my iPhone.

Nice puffy clouds complete the pic on another scorching day. More of the same, but worse, tomorrow: golf with the ladies will be short, with lunch after 9 holes I suspect…
