Apples and Oranges

I've done some more things today. Really happy with that!
My fuchsias are replanted into larger pots, and watered. I've watered outside and since I met the neighbour I took the chance to thank him for watering down the entrance space outside our front doors. He said he wanted things to looks nice and clean, so that's why. I noticed he'd washed away some soil I'd left outside my door. I also told him I've got longterm covid and everything takes forever. He looked a bit surprised, but at least I've explained why things looks so untidy at my end. I also watered all my cucumbers, tomatoes and other plants, standing outside by the front door. They get sun and shelter there, until my very messy patio is cleared up and somewhat in order. After a short break I moved the fuchsias out to the patio and gave my strawberry plants and wild strawberries a well needed watering. They've managed the few days I've been gone just fine. My friend will come help me sometime next week and the patio will be sorted. Always easier to have help when the energy is so low, especially when the hedge needs cutting down, a tree needs cutting down and things moved to the garbage room.
And, I've spotted an earwig inside... not fun at all, but at least it seams to camp out near the door. I'm slowly working my way to clear the hallway from all sorts of things, so I'll soon have it vacuumed with hopefully the earwig too. Then I'm throwing away the vacuum bag, because those little buggers do live through so much! I wanted to just get it out, but I think it's moving in and out through the tiny crack between door and doorframe, and if I don't remove it on a permanent basis, it'll come back. :(
