Staying Local

Another day of tackling household maintenance. It is a bit like the Forth Road bridge in that there is always another job to be tackled. Arranged for some quotes for the rear of the house to be lime pointed. Some of the stonework has deteriorated due to cement been used. Once that is sorted the garage and rear wall need tackling. 
  
Given the lack of butterflies this year couldn’t resist this. Watched Mark Cavendish win today’s stage in the Tour de France and an emotional interview afterwards. Couldn’t bring myself to watch England but did switch on when I heard cheers from the pubs in the high street whilst walking Jet.
