Walking Stick tree ?

it’s my Weeping Atlas Cedar. It passed on recently and I cannot plant a replacement until Fall. So I gave it a very hardy trim - all the branches & twigs except the main trunk - and repurposed it as a decorative hanging plant basket holder. Hmmm. At least it’s something fairly interesting to view, especially with the Flag’s spotlight at night.
