Pop up fungi

Clear evidence that there has been rain in Linton over the last few days is the tiny mushrooms all over the lawn.  The grass is still too wet to cut so I'll let them grow for a while longer.

It's been a quiet day of recovering from the holiday.  Martin has had a day off driving and has been shopping.  Then there's been the washing, sorting, emailing and arranging/re-arranging to be done... you know the sort of thing.

Ben arrived back from Leeds at around 7pm and will now be living back at home, certainly for the next few months.  Sam is back tomorrow...
