Many Hands Make Light Work

It's been a beautiful sunny day, all day.  The sun is still high in the sky at 9pm.  A tad breezy at times, but lovely and warm.

I've been working in the airport all day, and a bit busier than yesterday.  I've been on walking all day, meeting the planes, and boarding.  Fairly getting the hang of it now, and the tannoy is no problem.  Been in the peat hill this evening, and then a cuppa in the garden with mam and Elise.  Walkies with Sammy and Keba, and then an early night.

Another busy evening in the peat hill, but as they say, many hands make light work.  I've had my peerie peat fairies helping again, and a slightly different crew tonight.  We've finished off the lower peat dyke, and then turned all the peats in the upper bank.  They are fairly drying with the wind, and the heat today helps too.  As usual, you can't go to the peat hill without having a cuppa.  L-R - Elise, Julie and mam.  Taken at the Hill of Fitch, Tingwall.
