Swim date

The day started with a dead mole on the kitchen floor, a wee gift from the cats. Thanks!

This afternoon Blue went off to the vets, recently he's developed some strange behaviours that could be a sign of serious brain disease. For now we have medicines for a potential ear infection and a sprained/swollen paw. If no imrovement in a week then he'll be back for tests. Everything crossed.

This evening I took a friend to Gladhouse Reservoir for a swim, and, I did it without a wetsuit - it was lovely! Had suspected it might be but very glad to have tried as it was definitely a much more natural and pleasurable experience.
