Take A Mile

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

Some big big boss today called a meeting this afternoon to inform us that as the outsourcing of our support team doesn’t appear to have been seamless (who’d have believed it), our team will now be providing out of hours production support until the new team is up to speed. No timescales or end date. Also, “can you train them up too”!

I was so motivated, that (after being involved in several outraged IM conversations), I logged off!
