Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

At the end of group cycling class, instructor dude said we could stretch and a woman (roughly my age) dropped into the splits.

WTF? THAT’S NOT BLOODY STRETCHING. THAT’S JUST SHOWING OFF!

Occasionally I get up out of the sofa without a knee creaking. I might upload that to YouTube next time it happens.
