En Route

We stopped off at C’s, J’s sister, who lives just 3 miles off our route south. She had prepared a lovely lunch, which we had socially distanced in the garden. T took a brief break from all his video calls and meetings to join us.

It was great to see them “in the flesh”, rather than through our weekly FaceTime catch up. The first time I’ve seen them since 2019.

As can be seen here, Henry the beagle was absolutely ecstatic seeing us.
