Did either of you put on sunscreen?

Happy 4th of July!
Spent a quiet one with the family at the Ithaca Farmer's market and then a walk at Sapsucker Woods- the market was busy but not it's usual crazy busy  and the Woods were almost empty . (neither ever happens and I can only assume it was because most people are home grilling or out  picnicking .) But Elise wanted to do this for her birthday and it was a nice day. Got Cambodian food  for lunch at the amazing stall in the market ( one of the few/only? Cambodian food places in the East! ) , bought some ridiculously fattening pastries  and tried to get used to being in a crowd again.
Sapsucker was quiet and more birds were heard than seen , but the turtles and dragonflies were in abundance. This turtle was happily sunning on a log and a dragonfly was happily sunning on the turtle.
