Packed day

A super day simply packed full to bursting. I got the early train to Zurich, had my walk past the lake, was a bit cooler and the rain had just stopped. Such a lot of work to get through before our annual walk/run/picnic. Unfortunately, a few colleagues couldn’t make it, all with after effects of the second Moderna COVID vaccine. We had a walk and catch up with 2 colleagues that haven’t returned to office yet. We had the picnic back at the office and also celebrated a colleagues 50 th birthday, this is the amazing cake she bought in.
After work it was a rush down to the old people’s home, where we set up the band to play outside so they could watch and listen to 3 pieces. We packed up again, then did 4 other pop up concerts in 2 villages. It want down well, nobody knew we were coming, and mainly enjoyed the surprise. We ended up at the Mühle Bar for a few drinks, and then I walked home, another 30 mins. I was quite tired by the time I got home, just before midnight.
