The last morning on the boat, just a few of us left for breakfast, some already left on early flights. We were off by 9am, first on the busy airport road, then down the promenades of Kastela. We loved this castle, Kastel Gomelica, with its cute bridge. A couple of drinks on the way, and we were quickly in Split, and checked into our gorgeous apartment in the Diocletian Palace part of town.it was above a Craft brewery bar, on an alley with lots of steps, to carry the bikes up!
After a shower and a rest, we went to book a table at a pizza and cocktail bar that was recommended, Bokamorra, for us and another lady Claudia, from our boat. It was v hot, we had a cold drink at a bar on the port, watching all the super yachts fueling up. One spent 1,800 Euros!
We had a look in the basement of the Diocletian Roman palace, completely amazing and nice and cool! Then we met Claudia, went for a drink at our pub, and then went for pizza. It was really fantastic, very special. We all opted for an early night, all the cycling and tourism is very tiring!
