My Poor Old (Young) Quince Tree

For the second year running the leaves on my quince tree have been prematurely turning brown and falling off. It's a disease or disorder of some sort (possibly quince leaf blight) and starts with leaves on the lower branches and works its way up. The only advice I can find is to collect up the leaves and burn them. Extra photo shows an affected part of the tree
