I'll stand corrected if I have it wrong. I dropped Mrs SJR and Archie off at one forest gate (to do a 5k run) and then Caley and I set off from another (walking).
We always meet one another within the same 100 m stretch down at the Cour, then return to the car together. I could still feel my thigh sore from yesterday but could walk fine
