Sunny Orkney

After her care home isolation, I at long last was able to visit my Mum.  She was quite perky and with it.  Visits will be more regular from now on and we know she’s getting the constant care she needs. 

My first ever time in the Dounby PO today.  I posted some flakey biscuits to Huntly, but not to Mr Palmer; Mr Groat.

Jemima and Desmond went off today to explore the Mainland.  Tonight we will be all be watching together the start of the new subtitled  ‘Bend that Fritter’ series on BBC4.  It has had the European critics divided.
