Lantic Bay

Had a wonderful day. First we took the coastal path down to Lantic Bay, a secluded shingle beach where the sea is wild and the shoreline spectacular. On our way back up the cliff a lady had fallen and the air ambulance was called in (she seemed to be very well cared for).
