Old Warke Dam

I lost a lot of weight when I was ill a few weeks ago and it was the kick start I needed to get into diet mode. I've been very good and when I weighed myself at the gym this morning I've lost just over 4Ib this week. There is a long way to go but I am so in the zone.....long may it last.

Tracey, Pat and I went round to Ellen's for a cuppa, no Carole today as she was in Cardiff watching Wales thrash England. I got a text from her that just said, "Job done!"
Pat and I went for a little walk to see the Old Warke Dam as it has been cleaned up. Sadly they have run out of money and it hasn't been finished off. I took this pic of The Aviary on the other side of the dam.
