It’s been a while since Paddy injured himself and I’d picked today to start rebuilding the time and distance we walk. We both enjoyed ourselves and it was a pleasure after another flying visit to the dentist this morning. At least the dentist and I have now agreed that as he has the training he can recommend what needs doing. A ninety minute appointment looms large at the end of the month.

A rugby fanatic, I have enjoyed the afterglow of Harlequins winning season, just the commemorative shirt to buy, but I’m finding it hard to get enthused about the Lions tour instead I have been enjoying watching the England U20’s.
