I’ve done in my back again, bending and twisting to get in the fridge. This was after going with Chris to Stanton to get some plants to fill the tulip pots and lugging my load up the steps. Grr at my stupidity.

Chris says she is doing the driving to the Dales Way. She says Ailie’s car is smaller and she likes driving, and she has decided we are leaving at 6.30am. She wants to do a round trip and go via A1 and then west. It is faster to go via the Military road and M6. I am a passenger so that’s what I’ll do - I hope the back is better by then!

I walked over to see Carol and take her some treats. She is doing well after her hip op 6 days ago. She underestimated the pain though.
