Along the canal

This pair were having a peaceful paddle along the canal at Netherton this evening, minding their own business. 

I've been dining out again!  Bestie Gill wanted to mark what would have been her and David's 50th wedding anniversary in some way, so invited her bridesmaid (me) and David's best man (his brother Hamish) and his wife out for lunch at The Loch House at Lochwinnoch. We raised a glass to David and enjoyed a lovely meal.

Later in the afternoon I had a video call from Hoy in Orkney, where Lulabel, Cat and Mabel are on holiday. The Old Man of Hoy was in the background.
