New Ball Please

We’ve been to the seaside! I had an appointment in Ayr this morning to get a new bowling ball. Here’s James the Jedi working his magic; he’s already measured my fingerspan, checked it and re-measured for good measure, and is now down to the serious business of drilling the holes. Fascinating stuff and at the end of it all I had a spanking new ball which James then had to teach me how to use properly! Better late than never.
We then headed down the coast in search of a nice lunch spot which we found in Dunure. Unfortunately that was the cue for clouds and rain to roll in so our planned stroll on the beach came to nothing. Lunch was good though!
Just finished our Friday get together with a full house, the first for a while, and it was a good catch-up. G&S are isolating, Covid strikes again.
