Yes, I managed to get to my favourite pub, in my favourite part of Inverness, with two of my favourite people. We got a toot and a wave from the female train driver. Because they have to slow to a crawl to take the swing bridge, the trains have not picked up much speed when they pass the world famous Inn. So all this interaction is possible.
