Reflections ...

..... ..... ..... on Sumner Beach

A walk on the beach was the best therapy after a long session at the opticians. The reflections, at low tide, were beautiful. The result at the opticians was very good.

It was a beautiful day, following a very cold frost overnight. Have a look in Extras - taken through my car’s windscreen.

Tonight a group of kayaking buddies are coming to my friend D’s house for a potluck meal, all arranged for me by D. It’ll be super to catch up with them all. We’ve all kayaked together in NZ, and overseas in Fiji, Turkey, & Greece.
