Squashed flowers

My friend sent me some flowers today. She knows nothing of the problems but knows there are some, and decided to send me a cheer up gift. They were delivered by Yodel and the packaging was so battered that the flowers inside were all squashed up and the water had leaked making the box extremely soggy. I knew she must have spent a fair amount on them, so called M&S to complain. Cannot complain about their customer service, another bouquet in the post, plus a bottle of Prosecco!
