Gastro enteritis

I won't revile you with the details, enough to mention project vomiting, hours of heaving and a vow to never EVER eat food of any kind ever again.

The boys have kept me company through out most of the ordeal, although constant disruption of their sleep through the night did look like it was wearing thin in the early hours of the morning. They seemed quite pleased when Sav got home from work at 4.30a.m. ( yes, he missed the whole peak of the performance which ran from 10p.m. til 4 a.m. ) - probably happy to see someone who could feed them.

Forgive for not commenting today, should be back on my feet tomorrow. Seriously, I'm never eating again!
