Poore Mick

Mick was batting at number 5 and had to wait far too long before he went into bat.  We were playing Churt III's, but it seemed that Churt II's didn't have a game, so we think we played the II's.  Whether this was true or or not, I'm not sure, but they were a lovely bunch of blokes who were much better at playing cricket than we are.  They scored around 220/8 but our batsmen decided that seeing out the game was the right course and we finished on 125/3.  Bizarrely, this means we got a draw (although Churt scored more points than us for a 'winning draw'.  I bowled 8 overs and managed to take a wicket, but, once again, didn't get to bat :-(
