Carouby de Maussane

As showy as a Sweet Pea, 'Carouby de Maussane' is an edible (and very tasty) Snow Pea - a 'Mangetout' variety as we say here in the British Isles.

We don't usually grow a lot to eat in our garden (this may change in future years!) but 'Carouby de Maussane' has been one of the real success stories of our ventures so far into small-scale food production.
